Kulikovsky and Kant TShP ranked among Kyrgyzstan's top exporters

The results of the national competition “Best Exporter of the Kyrgyz Republic” organized by the Kyrgyz Export Development and Promotion Center under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce were announced in Bishkek.

According to the results of the competition, Kulikovsky Confectionery House LLC and Kant TShP LLC were among the best exporters in the country, confirming their positions in foreign markets in key economic sectors.

Kulikovsky Confectionery House took first place in the “Best Food Processing Exporter” category, while Kant TShP was recognized as the best exporter of industrial products.

A total of 78 applications were submitted for the competition, and after reviewing them, the competition committee selected the winners in 10 categories.

The first places in the following categories were also awarded to:

• Best exporter of agricultural products — Dan Agro Products LLC;
• Best exporter of textiles and clothing — Cool Group LLC;
• Best exporter in the field of services and IT — Med Devs LLC;
• Best exporter implementing international standards — Kyrgyzcenterproduct LLC;
• Breakthrough of the Year – Agro Industry LLC;
• Best Small and Medium Business Exporter – Dary Tien Shan LLC;
• Best Regional Exporter – Talas-Dykan LLC;
• Female Exporter – RAIMA LLC.

Participants and winners were awarded certificates for the implementation of international quality standards, training under the Mini-MBA program, participation in foreign exhibitions, as well as special incentives, including a trip to Silicon Valley.

Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Sultan Akhmatov, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Temir Sariyev, and Director of the Kyrgyz Export Center Urmat Takirov delivered welcoming remarks at the event.

The competition was supported by the United Nations Development Programme, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the High-Tech Park, the State Insurance Organisation, Eldik Bank and Alfa Telecom.
