The dollar fell slightly, while the euro fell more sharply.

The National Bank has updated the official exchange rates for 21 August 2025.

The US dollar exchange rate is 87.4423 KGS, which is practically unchanged, with a decrease of less than 0.01%.

The euro showed a more noticeable decline to 101.7653 KGS, losing about 0.33% over the day. The Russian ruble also weakened to 1.0825 KGS, a decline of about 0.37%.

The Kazakh tenge remained stable at 0.1624 KGS, while the Chinese yuan added a symbolic 0.01%, rising to 12.1808 KGS.
