The KGS has depreciated most against the tenge. Exchange rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

On 17 December 2025, the official US dollar exchange rate remained at 87.4500 KGS, showing no change from the previous day.

The euro rose by 0.20% to 102.7931 KGS. The Russian rouble also strengthened by 0.22% to 1.1007 KGS.

The Kazakh tenge showed the most significant growth, rising by 0.48% to 0.1686 KGS. The Chinese yuan gained 0.09% to 12.4183 KGS.
