The cost of a square metre of real estate in the country varies from month to month and depends heavily on the region and type of property. At the same time, the gap between the capital and remote areas remains significant: while in Bishkek the price can exceed 160,000-200,000 KGS per square metre, in some areas it is only a few thousand KGS.

Bishkek

In the capital, most categories of real estate saw a decline in February compared to January.
