11/26/2025, 14:54As part of the ‘Preferential Financing-3’ project, almost 14 million KGS have already been allocated to small and medium-sized businesses and residents of the regions for connection to gas.
The ‘Preferential Financing-3 for the Gasification of Bishkek and Chui Region’ project was approved by a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The programme aims to support the expansion of gas infrastructure and facilitate access to alternative energy resources for the population and entrepreneurs.
The state has engaged two financial institutions to implement the project: Ayil Bank JSC and Eldik Bank JSC. The total credit limit under the programme is 200 million KGS.
As of 6 November 2025, 110 entities across the republic have already been financed under the programme. The total amount of preferential loans issued reached 13,780,000 KGS.
