MBANK has become a winner in two nominations of the PLUS Galaxy Award 2024 international award at once

Commercial Bank of Kyrgyzstan OJSC | MBANK has become a winner in several significant nominations of the prestigious international award PLUS Galaxy Award 2024.

The award ceremony was held at the International PLUS Forum Digital Kazakhstan. The ceremony was held in the evening at the Rixos Almaty Hotel, concluding the business part of the forum's first day.

The PLUS Galaxy Award Almaty 2024 recognises high achievements in the fintech industry and serves as an important assessment of companies' contribution to the development of digital technologies.

"Our international forum brings together the best players in the fintech industry in Central Asia and the CIS, and the award is proof of that. We are pleased to recognise the high achievements of companies and observe their successes. And, of course, it is impossible not to mention MBANK and what they are doing in the Kyrgyz market, how many innovations they are introducing and demonstrating for the whole sector, and not only for the country but for the whole region. And the international expert jury highly appreciates this work,' Konstantin Grizov, the organiser of the award, said.

This year MBANK was awarded in such nominations as ‘Best RegTech Solution’ due to active implementation of the best solutions for electronic public services and ‘Best Loyalty and Service Quality Programme’ as a result of active implementation of the loyalty programme for customers - MBonus.

The received awards confirm the bank's leadership in innovative solutions and high-quality customer service.

The Digital Kazakhstan International PLAS Forum is one of the largest platforms in Central Asia and the CIS, bringing together representatives of banks, retail, e-commerce, payment systems and developers of technological solutions. Representatives of government agencies, leading experts and industry participants gathered to discuss current trends and digital innovations in finance and mass remote services.
