05/11/2026, 13:56The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved temporary procedures for issuing visas, unified residence and work permits for foreigners, and resident cards.
According to Resolution No. 312 of April 30, 2026, for the duration of the new rules, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan will be responsible for processing and issuing work permits to foreign citizens and stateless persons.
This is a temporary mechanism that will remain in effect until December 31, 2026.
At the same time, the document regulates the procedure for issuing Kyrgyz visas, unified residence and work permits, and resident cards for foreign citizens.
