The ministry's official statement clarifies that Derzhava PJSC, founded by Entz, did indeed participate in the acquisition of Kyrgyz government securities on the domestic market. The participation took place under the same conditions as other participants in the securities market, which confirms the transparency of the placement procedures.
At the same time, the Ministry of Finance emphasized that information about alleged close cooperation with Entz in the placement of government securities on the foreign market is not true. The ministry assured that no individual agreements or special forms of partnership with the investor had been concluded.
Earlier, a number of media outlets, citing the head of the recently registered Muras Bank, Azamat Omuraliev, reported that Entz and his team had helped the Ministry of Finance place Kyrgyz government securities on the foreign market.
