10/03/2025, 16:58In Kyrgyzstan, farmers continue to receive preferential loans under the Agriculture Financing-13 programme. In just nine months of the year, 4 billion 73.9 million KGS were allocated to support farmers and producers. This money goes directly to villages for feed, seeds, equipment and new technologies.
The main focus is again on livestock farming. More than 5,400 farmers engaged in livestock farming received almost 3.4 billion KGS. Crop farmers received 441 million KGS, and another 241 million KGS went to leasing agricultural equipment.
In addition, 17 million soms were allocated to the introduction of water-saving technologies.
How the money was distributed across the country:
A total of 6,476 agricultural producers participated in the project.
