Ministry of Finance to place GKOs for 7.2 bln KGS

On April 25, 2025, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan will hold auctions on placement of state treasury bonds for 7 and 15 years. The total volume of the issue is 7.2 bln KGS.

Two issues will be placed: bonds GBA07320428 for 1.4 billion KGS with maturity until 2032 and coupon rate of 7% with payments twice a year; and GBA15400428 for 5.8 billion KGS with maturity until 2040 at 3% per annum.

Such securities are aimed at institutional investors and allow the government to attract long-term financing on predictable terms.
