The Minister of Labor invited a mining server manufacturer to open an office in Kyrgyzstan

Minister of Labor Ravshanbek Sabirov held a meeting with the management of the Chinese company Bitmain, a global leader in the production of equipment for mining digital currencies.

The main focus of the talks was not on cryptocurrencies as such, but on people. The head of the ministry proposed considering the possibility of creating Bitmain's production facilities and service divisions in the regions of Kyrgyzstan. The goal is to create jobs to reduce labor migration.

“We are interested in investors who do not just open offices, but create new opportunities for our citizens. Regional development, reducing labor outflow, and technological modernization are three tasks that can be solved simultaneously,” Sabirov said after the meeting.

We would like to add that the meeting was also attended by Zhang Zhui, head of Kincaid Group, a family-owned holding company specializing in IT, security, and insurance. Representatives of the group also expressed interest in localizing their businesses in Kyrgyzstan.
