Specialists of the enterprise visit the homes of citizens who have not paid their bills for several months to several years, and their debt exceeds 15 thousand soms.
During the raids, Bishkekteploenergo specialists explain to debtors the importance of timely payment, warn about the possible consequences of late payment, such as disconnection of heating and accrual of penalties, as well as offer options for debt restructuring.
