Municipal enterprises in Bishkek will begin supplying heating from 3 November

The 2025–2026 heating season will officially begin in the capital on 3 November 2025. The relevant order has been signed by the Bishkek City Council.

On the night of 3 November, the staff of the municipal enterprise Bishkek CHPP will start up the main equipment for generating thermal energy and transmitting it to the Bishkekteploset municipal enterprise network. According to the municipality, all equipment is ready for normal operation, and technical personnel have been transferred to an enhanced schedule to ensure stable heat supply.

The municipal enterprises Bishkekteploset and Bishkekteploenergo have completed all preparatory work. Heating networks have been tested, hydraulic checks have been carried out, and boiler room equipment has been serviced.

The city council emphasises that this year, special attention is being paid to the stability of heating systems and the prompt response to possible requests from residents. To this end, a team of specialists has been set up to work around the clock.

Heat will be supplied gradually, in two stages:

• Firstly, social facilities: schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, maternity hospitals and social protection organisations.
• Secondly, apartment buildings and the private sector.
