05/29/2025, 11:06The Regional Administration for the City of Bishkek and Chui Province of the Land and Water Supervision Service has identified the illegal start of construction of a residential building on pasture land in the village of Orto-Kayindy, Panfilov District.
Specifically, a foundation covering an area of 122.5 square metres was poured, and a construction site covering an area of 880 square metres was levelled. As a result of these actions, damage was caused to pasture land covering a total area of more than 1,000 square metres.
The inspection materials were forwarded to the Panfilov District Prosecutor's Office for appropriate action.
