8.2 million KGS to be spent on the Republican Olympiad

The Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan has announced the procurement of services from an independent organisation to conduct stages II, III and IV of the Republican Olympiad for schoolchildren in the country.

The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic has launched a public procurement procedure for the organisation of the key stages of the Republican Olympiad for schoolchildren in the 2025-2026 academic year. The planned contract amount is 8 million 237 thousand 669.48 KGS.

According to the published documentation, the contractor must ensure that stages II, III and IV of the Olympiad are held within the time frame specified in the contract. The list of services includes administrative and organisational work in the field of education, as well as the preparation of a detailed cost estimate.

The Olympiad must be conducted by an independent organisation
specialising in independent assessment in the field of education
using testing methods.

This organisation must ensure:

• the development of Olympiad tasks in compliance with confidentiality measures
  for stages II, III and IV of the Olympiad;
• the high quality of the Olympiad tasks developed;
• the development of an assessment system for the Olympiad tasks for the jury, with a description of possible ways to solve the tasks;
• the objective conduct of the Olympiad at stages III and IV;
• the confidentiality of the tasks during the
  Olympiad at stages III and IV.
