The National Bank has approved personnel changes at six banks in Kyrgyzstan

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has approved a series of appointments at six commercial banks across the country. The decisions were taken on 1 June and affected the banks’ senior management, boards of directors, internal audit departments and finance departments.

The most significant changes took place at Keremet Bank. The regulator approved three candidates at once: Nazir Aldibekov as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Arailym Kalieva as a member of the Board of Directors, and Zhenishbek Muratbekov as Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors.

In addition, the National Bank has approved the appointment of Sanjar Sarbanov as Chairman of the Management Board of FinanceCreditBank.

At Asman Bank, Alina Nabitayeva has been approved as Deputy Chief Accountant; at Kyrgyzkommerzbank Cholpon Turdukulova has been approved as Head of Internal Audit, whilst at ABank, Ulukman Mambekov has been approved as Deputy Chief Accountant.

Another decision concerns Eurasian Savings Bank, where Aydar Chynybaev has been approved as an independent member of the Board of Directors.
