The National Investment Agency has established a platform for cooperation with Japanese businesses

On September 30, 2024, the National Agency for Investment under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic held talks with the Japanese delegation to establish a new platform for interaction between Japanese businesses and Kyrgyz government agencies. This is reported by the NAI press service.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the key ministries:  Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Finance.

The initiative aims to strengthen economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Japan, simplify conditions for Japanese companies in the republic and discuss potential investment projects in sectors such as energy, agriculture, tourism, infrastructure and information technology.

Deputy Director of the Agency Jalyn Zhenaliev emphasized the importance of creating this platform for improving the business climate and building partnerships, noting that it will contribute to simplifying procedures for investment project implementation.
