The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved an independent member of the board of directors of Bay-Tushum Bank

The National Bank has approved the candidacy of Ulan Satybaldiev, nominated by Bay-Tushum Bank. Information about this has been posted on the regulator's website.

The decision was made on 5 June this year. Specifically, Ulan Satybaldiev will take up the position of independent member of the board of directors, as well as chairman of the audit committee of OJSC Bank Bay-Tushum.
