Lack of special equipment leads to agricultural products prices growth - President

Lack of special equipment leads to higher prices for agricultural products and reduces the competitiveness of our products in the world market. President Sadyr Zhaparov said this today at the ceremony of awarding special equipment within the AgroTechExpo. 

In this regard, the state has begun to pay special attention to this industry and allocates a significant budget.  Now 7 investment projects, CAPC, the farmers' preferential financing project, machinery leasing, etc. are being successfully conducted.

"Today we transfer equipment for more than 1 billion KGS. This is almost at the level of military equipment. I am sure it will help to improve the sector and enter new markets,’ the president said, noting that next year it is planned to transfer at least 400 units of special equipment to improve irrigation in the country.

During the event, the president handed over the keys to the equipment to the Ministry of Water Resources and Agriculture.
