Some Kyrgyz enterprises managed to reduce their debts.

By the end of 2024, the total amount of accounts payable of Kyrgyz enterprises had grown to 790.5 billion KGS, which is 1.5 times more than a year earlier. However, not all industries went into the red: several enterprises managed to reduce their debts.

According to data from the National Statistics Committee, mining companies were able to reduce their accounts payable by 953 million KGS, electrical equipment manufacturers by 390.5 million, and chemical industry enterprises by 285.5 million KGS.

Meanwhile, the main increase in debt was in trade, construction, and financial intermediation. Wholesale and retail trade organizations alone increased their liabilities by 109.5 billion KGS, and construction companies by 65.3 billion.
