The illegally privatized service building of the Arstanbap resort has been returned to the state

The Bazarkorgon District Prosecutor's Office has uncovered illegal privatization of the Arstanbap resort property, according to the State Committee for National Security.

The investigation established that in 2002, on the basis of an order from the head of the district state administration, the manager of the resort illegally privatized a service residential building and a land plot with an area of 0.16 hectares in the village of Gumkana.

As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, the house and land plot with a total value of 17 million 59 thousand KGS were returned to state ownership and transferred to the balance sheet of the Arstanbap resort.
