09/30/2024, 17:52Within the framework of measures on returning to the state ownership of previously illegally withdrawn objects, the State Committee for National Security revealed a case of illegal privatization of a land plot in the park zone named after Alymbek Datka in Alai district.
It was established that in 1999, a part of a 13 hectare plot of land belonging to the park zone was illegally privatized by some residents of the district using connections with officials of the district state administration. A commercial building with an annex was built on this plot.
As a result of search operations and investigative actions, the plot was voluntarily returned to the state. The market value of the returned plot and buildings is estimated at 20.5 million soms.
