10/30/2025, 13:41The shareholders of Domostroitel OJSC have decided to terminate the company's activities. The decision was made at an extraordinary general meeting held on October 22, 2025, in the village of Belovodskoye.
At the meeting, the composition of the counting commission and the liquidation balance sheet of the company were approved, after which it was decided to register the termination of activities in accordance with the procedure established by law.
According to tax reports, in 2025 the company paid 166,300 KGS in taxes. Over the past five years, the company's annual tax revenues did not exceed 226,000 KGS
