The administrative building of OAO Electric Power Plants in Kara-Kule will be constructed by the end of summer

As part of the reform being carried out by the Ministry of Energy, construction of a new two-storey administrative building for OJSC Electric Power Plants is actively underway in the city of Kara-Kul. This project is being implemented with the aim of updating and expanding the company's management structure.

Construction work is being carried out on the basis of a contract signed with Ikhtur-Yug LLC, which won the tender and is responsible for design and construction. Before construction began, a full engineering and geological survey was carried out on the site, and a report was drawn up based on the results.

Construction of the new building began in September 2024. To date, 70% of the total construction work has been completed. The modern building, constructed in a contemporary architectural style, has a total area of 984.6 square metres and is designed to accommodate 80-90 employees. Once construction is complete, all necessary conditions will be created for employees to ensure a comfortable working environment.

To date, all facade work on both the new and old buildings has been completed, as well as the construction of the main entrance gallery. Electrical installation and interior finishing work on the building is continuing. The renovation of the reception area, men's and women's restrooms, and two stairwells in the old building has also been completed.

Full completion of construction and commissioning are scheduled for 30 August 2025.
