Mercator OJSC is withdrawing from public company status and transforming into a closed joint-stock company

The shareholders of Mercator OJSC have decided to withdraw the company from public status and transform it into a closed joint-stock company. The relevant decisions were approved at a shareholders' meeting.

According to the decision, the company will be re-registered as Mercator CJSC in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of Kyrgyzstan. A new company name in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English has also been approved.

The company's authorized capital remains at 2 billion 55.1 million soms and is divided into 2 billion 55.1 million ordinary registered shares with a par value of 1 som each.

The company's legal address is: 115a Pionerskaya Street, Kozhomkul village, Sokuluk district, Chui region.

In addition, the charter of the updated company was approved and a general director was appointed. This position was taken by Askarbek Mestaev. He was also instructed to carry out the state re-registration of the company with the authorized bodies.
