Organizations and civil servants must submit their tax returns by April 1

The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has reminded taxpayers of the deadlines for filing their unified tax returns. Legal entities, as well as state and municipal employees, are required to submit their reports by April 1.

The following must submit their returns by the deadline:

• domestic organizations (except those financed from the budget and not liable for property tax);
• foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan through a permanent establishment;
• state and municipal employees;
• members of the Council for the Selection of Judges, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, and the Board of the National Bank.

Individuals and sole proprietors are required to submit their declarations later, by May 1.

Reports are accepted only in electronic form through the taxpayer's account on the tax portal. The declaration must contain information on income and expenses, economic activity, property and land plots, as well as the amount of taxes paid for the reporting period.
