04/06/2026, 17:19On 6 April 2026, the bulk of trading on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange was driven by the placement of bonds by the domestic company Bay Elim Company LLC.
Total trading turnover amounted to 13.8 million KGS, down 97.2% compared to previous figures. Almost the entire volume was accounted for by the primary market — 13.55 million KGS.
The transaction involving ‘Bay Elim Company’ (BALM) bonds played a key role, with a volume reaching 13.55 million KGS. A total of 27 transactions were concluded involving 13,546 securities at a price of 1,000 KGS per unit. Thus, it was this placement that effectively drove the day’s trading activity.
On the secondary market, turnover remained minimal — 250,000 KGS — despite a nominal increase of 151.4%. Trades were conducted in shares of Kyrgyzstan Airports OJSC and Uchkun OJSC, as well as in bonds of Kaindy-Kant OJSC.
Bay Elim Company LLC is a domestic manufacturer founded in 2002. The company is known for producing refined sugar under the ‘Ak-Kant’ brand and operates in the wholesale trade segment, dealing in a wide range of goods.
