04/15/2025, 12:09The Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies informs that from 14 April, the phasing out of paper certificates and other documents, information from which is already available electronically through the Tunduk interdepartmental interaction system, begins.
From 14 April in Bishkek and Osh cities, and from 1 May - throughout the country, state bodies and local governments stop issuing certificates and extracts in paper form, if this information is available through the mobile application Tunduk.
Exceptions are provided for citizens aged 50 years and older, socially vulnerable categories of citizens, cases when information is needed for use outside Kyrgyzstan.
Also, since June 1, state and local government bodies have no right to demand paper documents or their copies from citizens and organisations, if such information can be obtained through the Tunduk system. An exception is allowed in case of technical unavailability of information systems.
Kyrgyz citizens need to install the free mobile application Tunduk on their smartphone, obtain an electronic signature (ESS) - it is necessary for using digital services, familiarise themselves with the possibilities of electronic interaction through the portal www.tunduk.gov.kg or the mobile application.
On-site counselling and practical support for citizens in working with digital services will be provided.
