Kyrgyzstan will launch a pilot on electronic employment records by 1 December 2024

By December 1, 2024, pilot testing of the module ‘Electronic Work Record’ (EWR), developed within the framework of the system ‘e-Kyzmat’, will begin.  This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development.

The project is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development with the support of the State Agency for Civil Service and the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration. The system is designed to replace paper formats of labour books, to facilitate record keeping of citizens' labour activity and to simplify interaction between state bodies, employers and employees.

The test version of the module was presented on October 11 on the basis of Infocom State Enterprise and was positively evaluated by specialists in labour activity accounting automation. The pilot project will involve the central offices of the IDC, MTSOM and GAGSMS, whose employees have already been trained to work with the system.

Central data storage significantly reduces the risks of information loss or falsification, increases the transparency of processes and supports environmental initiatives by reducing paperwork.
