The platform became the thirteenth licensed crypto exchange in the country. It is noteworthy that the company's licence itself bears the number 13 — it was issued on 24 January 2025. The exchange was legally registered on 30 December 2024, and in June this year, the company underwent re-registration, which is probably due to a change in its English name: instead of Coin National Exchange, a Cyrillic version has been adopted.
The Ministry of Finance remains the sole shareholder of the exchange, and Aydin Bekturov is listed as its director. The initial authorised capital of Coin Nomad Exchange is 100 million KGS.
It should be added that the company has already made its mark as a taxpayer. In July, it transferred 300,000 KGS in income tax to the State Tax Service Office of the Pervomaisky District of Bishkek.
