The figure was lower than in the same period last year, when revenues reached 20.1 billion KGS.
The reduction in payments is explained by a decrease in imports from the Union, while the structure of revenues remained unchanged overall. Kyrgyzstan traditionally receives the bulk of its revenues from imports from Russia. Over ten months, 15.15 billion KGS were transferred to the budget, compared to 16.51 billion KGS a year earlier.
Payments from other EAEU countries show mixed dynamics.
Import duties from Kazakhstan remained virtually unchanged at 2.2 billion KGS (2.21 billion in 2024). Revenues from Belarus decreased to 928.5 million from 958.7 million KGS a year earlier. At the same time, payments from Armenia increased to 437.1 million KGS, compared to 425.4 million KGS in the same period of 2024.
