    The Nookat District Prosecutor's Office returned a land plot of 381.74 hectares to state ownership

    The Prosecutor's Office of the Nookat district inspected compliance with the legislation on state property. As a result, the land plot of 381.74 hectares was brought back to the state ownership. This is reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.

    During the inspection, it was revealed that in 1998 the Nookat District State Administration illegally transferred the land plot related to the Uluu-Too mercury deposit on the territory of Kok-Zhar aiyl aimak.

    Based on the act of the prosecutor's response, the land plot containing minerals worth 1 billion 246 million 560 thousand KGS was returned to the balance of the state.
