    The market capitalisation of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) increased by 1.06 billion soms over the week

    According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE), the market capitalisation of the stock market increased by 1.06 billion soms over the past week, reaching 232.8 billion soms. The KSE index gained 30.31 points during this period, reaching 6680.63 points.

    The trading volume on the exchange for the week amounted to 407.85 million soms. The main activity was observed in the primary market — 403.05 million soms, while in the secondary market, transactions worth 4.8 million soms were concluded.

    Securities of 12 companies participated in trading, including ordinary shares of OJSC Kyrgyz Airports, Dos-Kredobank, Machine Testing Station, Teplichny, Uchkun and TSUM Aichurek. Preferred shares of Dos-Kredobank OJSC and bonds of microfinance companies and commercial organisations were also traded.

    The largest trading volume was recorded for securities of Processing KJ OJSC, amounting to 200 million soms.
