A Russian company owed Kyrgyz people more than 5 million roubles

The representative office of the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation actively cooperates with Russian investigative authorities to protect the labour rights of Kyrgyz citizens.

The Investigation Department for Podolsk of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow Region held a personal meeting with Kyrgyz citizens and carried out the relevant investigative activities.

This event was organised by the Representative Office to protect the labour rights of 52 Kyrgyz citizens in the framework of a criminal case.

The case was initiated under Article 145.1 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against the management of LLC ‘Luxservice’ due to non-payment of wages in the amount of 5 million 301.6 thousand rubles.
