The dollar remained at the same level, while the yuan strengthened slightly

On October 21, 2025, the official US dollar exchange rate remained at 87.4500 – no changes were found.

The euro fell by 0.28% to 102.0061 KGS, while the Russian ruble weakened by 1.39% to 1.0775 KGS.

The Kazakh tenge also showed a slight decline of -0.49% to 0.1624 KGS.

The Chinese yuan, on the contrary, strengthened slightly by 0.05%, reaching 12.2781 KGS.
