Sadyr Zhaparov has instructed officials to explore the possibility of producing drones

President Sadyr Zhaparov familiarised himself with the operations of JSC ‘Transnational Corporation ‘Dastan’.

The Head of State inspected the production facilities of this unique plant, including the operational lines for the manufacture of specialised products.

One of the company’s key areas of activity is the production of torpedo armaments.
During the visit, particular attention was paid to issues concerning the further development and modernisation of the enterprise.

President Sadyr Zhaparov noted the need for the active introduction of modern technologies and the enhancement of the competitiveness of domestic products.

Furthermore, the Head of State instructed the relevant state bodies and the enterprise’s management to explore the possibility of organising the production of domestic unmanned aerial vehicles.

This task is aimed at strengthening the country’s defence-industrial potential, developing high-tech sectors and reducing dependence on imported products.

JSC ‘TNK ‘Dastan’ is a multi-sector enterprise engaged in the development and production of electronic, medical and other industrial products.
