12/10/2024, 10:50Last week (2-6 December), the trading volume on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KASE) was KGS 802.55 million. During this period 19 deals were made in corporate securities, 99.8% of which were in shares of companies.
One big deal was made on the primary market - Eldik Bank OJSC floated the 27th issue of its common shares. The 5th issue of corporate bonds of MFK ABN OJSC for KGS 1.44 mln was also floated.
On the secondary market there were 10 deals worth KGS 1.11 mln. Shares of such companies as Manas International Airport OJSC, Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC and Aigul OJSC were actively traded here. Shares of PSF Bishkekkurulush OJSC were in less demand.
All trades were held with securities from the official listing of KASE, where 36 companies are registered. The key deals were in shares of Manas International Airport, Kyrgyzneftegaz and Eldik Bank for a total of KGS 800.85 million.
By December 6, the market capitalisation of the exchange reached KGS 138.78 billion, and the KASE index rose by 2.75% (3 thousand 982.65 points), which was facilitated by the additional placement of shares of Eldik Bank OJSC.
