    A school with 275 places in the village of Achyk-Suu will open on 1 September

    The Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic is completing the construction of a modern school in the village of Achyk-Suu, Chon-Alai district, Osh region. On 1 September, the new educational institution will open its doors to students.

    The new building is designed for 275 students and has a total area of 1,956 square metres. The complex consists of three blocks. It includes a two-storey educational building, a canteen, a library, a medical office, an assembly hall and a sports hall.

    According to the ministry, the first building of the old school was built in 1978, and the second in 1985. Since then, no major repairs have been carried out, and the building has fallen into disrepair.

    Construction of the new school began in 2022 with funding from the republican budget.
