The KGS strengthened against the tenge by 1.14%. The exchange rate of the NB KR as of 18 July

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has set the official exchange rates for 18 July 2025. According to the regulator, the US dollar will remain unchanged at 87.45 KGS.

The euro will fall slightly from 101.6650 to 101.4639 KGS, or by 0.2%.

The Russian rouble also showed a decline, from 1.1201 to 1.1185 KGS (-0.14%), and the Kazakh tenge will fall from 0.1662 to 0.1643 KGS, losing 1.14%.

At the same time, the Chinese yuan, on the contrary, rose against the som from 12.1836 to 12.1837 KGS. Although the change is barely noticeable — 0.0008%.

Thus, the KGS remains strong against the euro, rouble and tenge, while the dollar remains stable and the yuan shows insignificant growth.
