KGS strengthened against all major currencies except the dollar

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan published the official exchange rates for 20 February 2025.

According to the updated data, the Kyrgyz som strengthened against all major currencies, except for the U.S. dollar, which remained unchanged at KGS 87.4500.

The euro lost 0.16% and now stands at KGS 91.2934. The Russian ruble weakened by 0.28% to KGS 0.9535. Kazakhstan's tenge depreciated 1.14%, falling from KGS 0.1757 to KGS 0.1737.

The Chinese yuan also decreased in value by 0.10% — from 12.0157 to 12.0040 KGS.
