The KGS strengthened against all major currencies. Currency rates as of 16 May

The National Bank has published the official exchange rates for 16 May. According to the updated data, the dollar exchange rate remained unchanged at 87.45 KGS. All other major currencies fell against the KGS.

The euro fell by 0.24% to 98.0358 KGS. The Kazakh tenge fell by 0.86% and is now worth 0.1713 KGS. The Russian rouble also fell from 1.0897 to 1.0886 KGS, or by 0.1%. The Chinese yuan also fell slightly, from 12.1334 to 12.1275 KGS, or 0.04%.
