08/07/2025, 11:12Timur Malbashev, Director of the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, and employees of the State Agency for State Property Management familiarised themselves with the progress of work on the modernisation of the oil refinery.
Nurgazy Nishanov, Chairman of the Board of Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC, and Baigazy Matisakov, President of Kyrgyz Petroleum Company CJSC, provided comprehensive information on the work being carried out to upgrade the enterprise.
To date, all earthworks have been completed, the foundation is being poured, iron tanks are being installed, and the base for the technological units is being prepared. The contractor is procuring and preparing equipment. Construction, installation and engineering activities are being carried out according to schedule.
After the completion of the large-scale modernisation, the plant will produce AI-92 and AI-95 petrol, as well as diesel fuel that meets the environmental standards of the Eurasian Economic Union, K-4 and K-5. The plant upgrade is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
