Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has signed an order to establish an Organizing Committee for the preparation and hosting of the VI World Nomad Games, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan in 2026.

The committee will be chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov. The Organizing Committee's responsibilities include developing and approving an interdepartmental work plan for the preparation and hosting of the games, establishing rules and regulations for the sports program and preparing a budget estimate based on the planned activities.

The Cabinet of Ministers emphasizes that the World Nomad Games are an important international project aimed at reviving, preserving and developing the culture of nomadic civilization. Previously, the games were held in Kyrgyzstan in 2014, 2016 and 2018, while Turkey and Kazakhstan hosted them in 2022 and 2024, respectively.
