From January to October 2025, the number of vacancies in the 'Psychologist' specialisation increased by 11.6% compared to the same period in 2024. At the same time, the median salary offered decreased from 10,000 to 57,500 KGS.
The median salary is considered a more objective indicator, as it reflects the central point of the market, without distorting the picture with excessively high or low offers.
The increase in the number of vacancies accompanied by a decrease in pay may indicate increased competition among specialists or employers' desire to optimise costs against the backdrop of increased activity among job seekers.
