11/19/2024, 12:40Between January and October 2024, the Land and Water Transport Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications conducted thorough inspections of 577.5 thousand passenger and cargo vehicles.
These inspections resulted in 6 thousand 790 protocols related to violations of transportation legislation. The general control was aimed at compliance with international treaties, passenger transportation and transport regulations, as well as at detecting overloading of drivers.
As a result of such activities, the state budget received 97 million 605 thousand 756 KGS, which significantly exceeds the amount of 49 million 602 thousand KGS for the same period of 2023. These inspections were carried out both at stationary transportation points and station facilities and by mobile groups throughout the country.
