An ordinary head of the department of the National Hospital and his relatives have property worth $2 million. He is detained

The SCNS has initiated a criminal case on systematic receipt of money and legalisation of criminal proceeds at the National Hospital under the Ministry of Health.

As part of the investigation, the head of the maxillofacial surgery department, K.A.S., and doctor A.S.A. were detained. They were given a measure of restraint as detention in the SCNS pre-trial detention centre.

According to preliminary data, the head of K.A.S. and his relatives have property worth more than $2 million, significantly exceeding his official earnings of 400,000 KGS per year.

The SCNS is pursuing the investigation to identify other possible accomplices to the offence. Citizens affected by the detainees' actions are requested to contact the SCNS KR.
