01/16/2025, 13:50The SCNB reported about the completion of the investigation of the criminal case on the fact of corruption related to the illegal transfer into private ownership of the lands of the state boarding house ‘Bermet’, now functioning as a recreation centre ‘Hotel Eurasia’ in the village of Kara-Oy, Issyk-Kul region.
As a result, land plots with a total area of more than 20 hectares, previously owned by Hotel Eurasia LLC, with a market value of 729 million 682 thousand soms, were transferred to the balance of the state budget.
The SCNB KR continues to work on the return of previously illegally privatised objects and assets, including land plots, to state ownership in order to ensure their legal use.
