At the end of 2024, the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration received 11 thousand 617 appeals both in writing and through the public liaison office.

Of these, 1 thousand 370 applications were in writing, and almost 97 per cent of them were completed within the established deadlines. The main topics of appeals concerned the assignment of state benefits and monetary compensations, provision of housing for persons with disabilities, the activities of medical and social expert commissions, as well as the topic of increasing social benefits and employment issues.

The most active were residents of Bishkek, as well as Chui, Osh and Jalal-Abad oblasts. Next are Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Batken and Talas oblasts.

For the convenience of residents of the regions, the possibility to communicate with the leadership of the Ministry via online video link is available. The public reception centre operates on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration, Ravshanbek Sabirov, holds a reception every Friday from 9 to 11 a.m., and the deputy ministers receive appointments on weekdays from 10 to 12 p.m. by appointment.
