In 2025, Kyrgyz citizens who suffered industrial accidents were paid 111 million KGS in compensation

According to the Service for Control and Supervision of Compliance with Labour Legislation, 28 inspectors conducted 1,173 inspections in 2025 and identified 1,885 violations of labour legislation.

Based on the results of the inspections, mandatory orders were issued. Among the incidents, there were 161 victims, of whom 94 suffered serious injuries and 63 died.

The fines imposed amounted to 8.838 million soms, of which 6.936 million KGS have been paid. Compensation to the families of deceased workers reached 111.057 million KGS. The total amount of wages accrued to employees was 14.726 million KGS.

As part of its work, the service conducted 120 forensic expert participations, 236 training events on occupational safety, processed 1,306 written appeals from citizens and conducted 6,541 oral consultations.
