On the second day of the auction, four plots were sold for 42 million soms for construction at Ala-Too Resort

As part of the implementation of the Ala-Too Resort ski cluster construction project, the second auction for the sale of land plots took place today, 16 July.

Four land plots were sold at the auction. The cost of the lots ranged from 5.8 million to 20.8 million soms.

Plots sold:

• A plot for the construction of a five-star hotel complex (458 square metres) — 7 million 863 thousand 860 soms;
• A plot for the construction of 23 modular houses of 63 square metres each — 20 million 791 thousand 558 soms;
• Two plots for the construction and operation of VIP log cottages (216 square metres each) — 5 million 766 thousand 336 soms and 7 million 545 thousand 312 soms, respectively.
   

Auctions will continue on 17 and 18 July.
